A responsive registration form captures participant details, college, roll number, department, year, selected event and team members, into a Supabase table with a typed schema. Registration fee is stored per entry, with CSI membership as a boolean that drives differentiated pricing.

Payment links handle fees, and Nodemailer over SMTP sends automatic confirmations, removing the manual follow-up that otherwise consumes a volunteer's week. Deployed on Vercel with all credentials supplied as environment variables. It is not architecturally ambitious; it ran a real event on a fixed date, which was the requirement.
